Manchester United are willing to subsidize Alexis Sanchez's £ 13 million salary (around Rp.242 billion) to a club that is willing to recruit the Chilean striker this summer
As reported by the Daily Mail, United are willing to spend that much money because of the difficulty finding a club that is interested in Sanchez. As is known, not many clubs are willing to bring him due to high salary demands from the player.
Sanchez's salary of £ 500 thousand per week or £ 26 million per year is considered to have weighed on the club's financial condition. United also wants to immediately release Sanchez and seek all means, including subsidizing his salary at other clubs.
Sanchez had trouble making a meaningful impact at Old Trafford since being brought in from Arsenal in January 2018. He just scored five goals with the Red Devils and was no longer included in the Starting XI.
Selling Sanchez became a logical option as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer prepared to make a major overhaul of the squad this summer.
United are also said to be more interested in releasing Sanchez to clubs outside England. So far, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in it, but there are no concrete steps.
Sanchez, 30, still has a contract at Old Trafford until 2022.
